If the gays are allowed to marry why can't the union between a human and an animal be recognized too?

I think this is a dangerous path we are headed towards, allowing the gays the taint the sacred union between a man and a woman. This is just paving the way for other depravity and filth. When will we take a stand on this assault on morality and fundamental values? This sickens me.
