Know where I can purchase an authentic African tribal penile sheath?

I'm hosting a men's retreat this weekend at my holistic healing center on the slopes of Mt. Shasta in northern California this weekend and was wanting to find a traditional African tribal penile sheath. I called World Market but the girl there hung up on me.
