What should be included in an informational health article?

I'm supposed to write an informational health article about a medical center that specializes in hyperbaric oxygen chambers and holistic health procedures such as IV vitamin drips. I think the material I have, as well as the quotes, is a bit dry, so I'm curious what I should do to make it more interesting, or how I should outline the article to make it more significant to the community.
