I have a horrible vertigo....?

So sorry to hear about this- I know the feeling! I had vertigo about 2 months ago to the point where people had to carry me out of bed! I was able to cure it through physical therapy, where they had me lay down in different directions and hold my head in different positions. It sounds crazy, but it worked. It may be hard to try to schedule an appt with a physical therapists, as many doctors are unaware that it can be treated through therapy. This has nothing to do with their doctrines, it's just not well known so they may not know how it can be cured. The excercises they taught me helped so well that it went away within a week! :) Please ask to speak to a local physical therapist/ sports medicine doctor, and I hope your vertigo goes away! I noticed a lump growing under my skin is this dangerous?

For the past 3 days I have had a splitting migraine that has been making me sick to my stomach. Today I noticed a lump growing under the skin on my temple (right side) on a vein. What could it be? Is it potentially dangerous? It itches but it is NOT a bug bite. Yes I have an appointment but its not until friday (this friday) so even though its 2 days off I am concerned. I have not bumped my head or been hit there or anything like that so please help me figure out what it could be. It is skin colored but very hard.

okay so first off heres my symptoms: headaches, cramps, sore breasts, slight nausea feeling and yeah wired but frequent bowel movements. Next off I have been taking the same birth control for two years and never got these symptoms from it. My period is due in a week. I was nine hours late on one of my birth control pills 2 to 3 weeks ago. I took a test today and it said negative but it is also very ealery.... I am really worried if I am or not. I heard brith control pills can be very dangerous to a baby but I don't want to stop taking them in-till I know for sure whats going on with me. help??

Also, he goes from vampire to mortal and has to deal with the fallout of returning home to his family. His younger brother is now his older brother. It was pretty awesome. You just need a cool hook and great characters like this book has.
