Is hernia dangerous ,can it lead to sudden death ,if left untreated ?

In a human body, each organ has a fixed place. If it, e. g. a small portion of small intestine pierces the lower diaphragm and goes in the scrotum, it is dangerous. Any organ displaced from its natural position is hernia.
